Vintage, Sterling Silver Russian Enamel Egg Pendant, 3.6g

Crafted from silver gilt (marked with a russian silver mark) and covered in a beautiful and bright multicoloured and floral decorated enamel, this is a really splendid vintage russian egg charm/pendant.  

Measuring 2.6cm x 1.2 cm wide, and weighing 3.6 grams.

Russian eggs are a unique tradition; these minature colourful eggs were given to those you held dear, your wife, mother, or daughter at Easter time. The egg was given with three kisses and a wish that it would provide good health for a lifetime.
