This very pretty vintage open heart necklace is crafted from solid 9ct Gold dates to the 1940s.   

The heart and bale have a wonderful white enamel covering which are decorated with flecks of gold. 

The 9ct gold heart pendant measures 1.7cm x 1.8cm and the 9ct gold chain, 16 inches.  The entire necklace weighs 3.11g.
