Vintage, 18ct gold, Tiffany Open Heart 'Elsa Peretti' Necklace with chain

This vintage Tiffany open heart necklace was designed by Elsa Peretti in the 1970s and was made in the spirit of Love and is one of her most iconic pieces. The necklace and pendant are crafted from 18ct Gold and the heart measures 15mm, and the chain, 16 inches.

Both the heart and chain are hallmarked for Tiffany and Co, Elsa Peretti as well as 18k. The necklace weighs 2.84g and looks super worn alone, or as part of a stack.
