This vintage Tiffany open heart necklace was designed by Elsa Peretti. It is one of her most iconic pieces, made in the spirit of love! The necklace and pendant are crafted from 18ct Gold and the heart measures 22mm, and the chain, 16 inches.

Both the heart and chain are hallmarked for Tiffany and Co, Elsa Peretti and 18ct Gold. The necklace weighs 6.18gand looks super worn alone, or as part of a stack.
