Vintage, 18ct Gold Puffy Heart Pendant with Diamonds

This stunning puffy heart (hollow) pendant is crafted from solid 18ct gold and is adorned with 4 bright and lively diamonds arranged across its face. The heart is topped with some beautiful gold work - arranged in swirling lines like a cage (maybe symbolising the ownership of someones heart). This lovely design continues around the back of the heart.

Weighing 4.38g and measuring 2cm x 2.1cm, this stunning puffy heart is in wonderful vintage condition. It is fully hallmarked for 18ct Gold, and i would suggest it was made in the 1980s. I dont recognise the hallmarks and suspect that this pendant has been imported into the UK at some point in its life.
