15ct Gold Turquoise and Pearl Heart Shaped Ring (Hallmarked for 15ct Gold, 1948) with Cupids Arrow

This is a lovely example of sentimental, sweetheart jewellery, fully hallmarked for 15ct Gold and Birmingham, 1948.

This very romantic ring has a strong, 15ct gold shank, with lovely bright Turquoise stones arranged in a heart shape around a small seedpearl in its centre. There is lovely engraving of a cupid's arrow on both sides of the romantic heart, as if the arrow is going straight through it. This would be a lovely gift for a loved one, or yourself!

This ring is in excellent condition for its age. There is a solder mark on one side of the shank, which is where the band has been either adjusted or repaired in the past. Through a jewellers loupe, you can also see a chip in the turquoise right at the top of the heart. Neither of these defects can be noticed while you are wearing the ring, but I have taken a close up of both so that you can see the marks clearly. I have also taken these factors into consideration when pricing this ring.

This ring weighs 1.9g and is a UK size M.  It is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, 15ct Gold and 1948.
