Vintage, 18 inch, 18ct Yellow Gold and Diamond 'Swirl' Necklace

This is such a pretty necklace.  Featuring a beautiful antique, 18ct Gold puffy heart with a lovers knot above it and an old mine cut diamond in a starburst setting at its centre.  It hangs from a 9ct gold cable chain which measures 18 inches long. Together they weigh 2.76g.   

Despite the chain being 9ct gold, it pairs beautifully in terms of size and tone with the higher carat heart. 

This luxurious necklace offers many style possibilities; quite the statement piece worn alone, but also adding some serious value to a stack.
