Victorian 18ct Gold (F&B) Locket / Pendant with Lucky Horse Shoe and Forget Me Not Flower

This beautiful Victorian locket features a wonderfully detailed horseshoe to its front, with a central forget me not flower, and ornate and detailed engravings all around it, and on to its reverse.

There are no hallmarks but the locket has been machine tested for 18ct gold and is likely to be 'Front and Back' To be more specific; this means that the front and back are curated in 18ct gold but there is a metal frame on the inside to keep the locket strong.

This special antique locket still has one original frame and cover inside for holding photos or a keepsake of a loved one. It measures 2.5cm x 2cm and it weighs 5.03g. It remains in extremely good condition and looks wonderful hanging from a chain around the neck.
