Rare, Georgian, Antique, Rolled Gold Acrostic 'Regard' Watch Key Pendant/Charm

This incredibly rare watch key is crafted from a bright and buttery rolled gold. It features a secret acrostic message via its paste gems which comprise; Ruby, Emerald, Garnet, Ruby, and Diamond. - all paste. The first letter of each of these paste gems which are set around to top of the key spells out the word, 'REGARD'.

This romantic pendant includes lovely engraved gold texture on its face and is a good size at 2.4cm. It weighs 1.4g.

This antique acrostic pendant, likely derived from the early 1800s would have been given to a loved one as a token of affection, and to demonstrate that the giver held them in high 'regard'. A very pretty and sentimental piece, highly collectable today, which would make the perfect gift for your nearest and dearest. It has been lightly cleaned, and is ready to wear.
