Rare, Chunky, Hallmarked, 15ct Gold Double Belcher Chain with Bolt Ring.

This beautiful antique 15ct gold double belcher link chain dates from the early 1900s. It has a lovely sized bolt ring clasp closure mechanism and feaures sought after double belcher links. 

The chain itself is hallmarked for 15ct Gold on its final link, and 14ct Gold on its bolt ring. 

The 15ct yellow gold of this chain is buttery and smooth and it has a gorgeous patina which sparkles brightly as it catches the light.  It measures a lovely length of 20.5 inches long and 5mm wide and it weighs a comfortable 18.46g.

Solid gold chains have been a fashion staple for over a century, and are highly sought after. Their versitility means they can be worn alone, in a stack with longer or shorter chains, or with pendants /charms added from their bolt ring.
