Art Nouveau, Sapphire and Diamond Ring, Hallmarked, 18ct Gold

This is such a pretty antique sapphire and diamond ring. Set on a golden 18ct gold shank, the unusual gallery features 6 old cut diamonds and 2 deep blue sapphires arranged in an extremely pretty design, something like that of of a bow or a kiss, and symbolising the union of two people. The ring has a superb finish and a unique feel.

The band is marked for 18ct Gold and is a UK size K, which is a US size 5 1/2. It weighs 3.49g.

This wonderful antique ring would work extremely well as a fabulous engagement ring, but could also be worn with other bands as part of a stack.
