Art Deco, French, Ruby, and Diamond Tank Ring, Hallmarked 18ct Gold, 11.26g

This incredibly impressive French tank ring is 18ct gold and boasts 15 old cut diamonds and 20 rubies set in a soft, curvy geometric design.

The exterior of the band is marked with the Eagles head, the French symbol for 18ct Gold and the face measures 1.5cm x 2.5cm. The band is a Uk M 1/2, which is a US 6 1/2 and it weighs a healthy 11.26g.

Art deco in origin, tank rings were fashionable just after the 2nd world war.

This is a truly stunning ring which has stood the test of time, and remains in exceptional condition.
