Antique, Fancy Link Longuard Chain, 20.89g

This beautiful antique Longuard chain dates to the late 19th Century.  Crafted from buttery 9ct gold, it features a stunning tight narrow belcher link which is bright with a lovely patina.  The links are secure and free of dinks.  A dog clip sits at the end of the chain, marked for 9ct Gold and ready to hold pendants or charms (see final picture for example)   
 
Solid gold Longuards have been a fashion staple for over a century, and at this great length, they are highly sought after.  Their versitility means they can be worn alone, wrapped once, twice or even thrice around the neck, or in a stack with longer or shorter chains.  

This chain measures 56 inches, and weighs a comfortable 20.89g.  It can be wrapped three times around the neck for that dream neck stack in one and its dog clip will hold charms or pendants.
