This wonderful and quite unique shield/signet ring is hallmarked for 15ct Gold, Birmingham, and the Victorian year, 1900.  It also bears its makers mark: H & O.  The face features a great size rose cut diamond in a starburst setting.  Its face measures 1.4cm x 1.4cm and  It has a solid band of 3mm at its thinnest point.  The band is currently  a UK P 1/2 which is a US size 8.  It weighs 5.69g

This ring remains excellent antique condition, which is quite exceptional given that it is 126 years old!  It is safe for every day wear and makes a superb statement ring.
