Antique 9ct Gold, Lovers Knot Earrings

This striking pair of original lovers knot hanging earrings are made from a buttery 9ct gold, and feature beautifully crafted knots, sometimes known as 'lovers knots'.  Magnificent chasing adorns half of the knots giving some really great texture to the pair.

These unique hanging earrings are not hallmarked, but have been tested for 9ct Gold. Based on their design and the intricate detailing, I would date them to the Art Deco era.

The earrings hang well from the ears and they measure approximately 2.8cm long. They weigh a healthy 3.75g collectively.
