This is a really beautifully and quite unusual puffy heart pendant made from 9ct gold. The face of the pendant is set with a stunning flower design. A central green emerald is circled by 4 rubies and an almandine garnet, creating a very pretty flower motif.

The pendant measures 1cm x cm and weighs just under a gram. It is not marked, but has been machine tested for 9ct gold.
