Antique 18ct Gold, Antique, Starburst Solitaire Ring, Hallmarked 18ct Gold

This is an absolutely fabulous antique gypsy starburst ring. It has a lovely solid tapered shank of buttery 18ct gold, and the gallery features a lovely, central starburst set diamond, of approx 0.35 points, framed in a starburst setting. The addition of intricate engraving on each shoulder adds to its charm.

This exceptional antique ring remains in excellent condition and is complete with hallmarks for 18ct gold.  The date letter and Assay mark are not displayed but given the design and style, I would date this ring to the early 1910s. It is currently a UK size 0 1/2 (US size 7 1/2) and weighs a healthy 4.13g.  

This is a superb antique ring, which carries with it over 100 years of history. It would make a stunning sweetheart/enagement ring, or a perfect addition to your antique jewellery collection.
