Antique, 18ct Gold and Diamond Lovers Knot Ring, Hallmarked 18ct Gold, Birmingham

This is a beautiful antique lover's knot ring crafted from 18ct Gold. It features three sparkling old cut diamonds set across the centre of the ring, amongst smooth gold knot folds which create some lovely texture. The three old cut diamonds spread over the gallery are in starburst settings and are completely secure, making this ring safe for every day wear.

This romantic ring remains in excellent condition and is hallmarked for 18ct Gold, London and the year 1918. This ring weighs 2.61g and is a UK size N which is a US size 6 3/4. It could be re-sized a little way up or down.

Antique lover's knot rings date back to the early 20th century and as they become rarer, they are very sought after. They are steeped in sentimentality with the knot symbolising two people entwined for eternity; hence why they are often given as romantic tokens or as eternity rings.
