This is a simply beautiful, and rather unusual 18ct gold, 5 stone diamond ring. It is fully hallmarked for 18ct gold, London and the date 1882, which makes this ring Victorian.

Comprising 5 lively old cut diamonds in square, gypsy settings, this ring is durable and robust, a perfect ring for everyday wear. It would also make a wonderful engagement ring.

The ring is a currently size UK size M (USA Size 6 1/4) but it has a solid shank and could be resized up or down within reason. It weighs a healthy 5.63g
