Antique, 15ct Rose Gold Heart Padlock clasp, Hallmarked, 15ct Gold

Set in a bright 15ct Rose Gold, this lovely, large padlock clasp is in full working order and is clearly hallmarked for 15ct Gold and the Makers Mark LW&G.

It features four false screws and key hole on the front. The reverse is plain and aside from a very slightly wonky top hinge (which makes no difference to how it opens and closes) this padlock is in a splendid condition for its age, with only light surface scratches and is a good weight of 2.86g.  This is a large padlock, measuring 13mm wide x 20mm long (including the clasp)

This padlock pendant's versitility means you can either slip it onto a split ring or charm bracelet, or thread a fine chain through its side or centre, and wear it as a pendant on a necklace. The padlock closes firmly so could also be used as a secure clasp for a charm or curb link bracelet.
