18ct Gold, Aquamarine and Diamond Ring Art Deco (1930s)

This is a unique and ultra-stylish Art Deco Ring from the 1930s. 

Crafted in 18ct Gold, it features a large (7mm x 9mm) Aquamarine and a bezel set diamonds (3mmx 3mm) on each side.  

Aquamarines measure 7.5-8 on the Mohs scale, so are pretty durable gems, if treated with care.  This one, with its timeless art deco style would be a wonderful choise for an engagement ring.

The gallery is nice and symmetrical and ever so slightly raised to give the gems a lift to catch the light.  The ring sits comfortably,  the good sized gems  provide good finger coverage.

This ring is currently a UK size N 1/2 (US size 7) but it could be re-sized within reason by your local jeweller.
