9ct Gold, Double Snake Ring with Almandine Garnet heads, Hallmarked Chester, 1915

This is a really super antique, 9ct gold double snake ring.  Crafted in a rosy 9ct Gold, the entwined snakes feature beautiful sparkling almandine garnet heads above their sweet faces.   Detailed chasing follows the snake's head and neck giving the piece wonderful texture, and making this a really unique ring.

The three tiered shank features the Chester Hallmark, as well as clear marks for 9ct Gold, and the date, 1915.  Its in fantastic condition and is  a very comfortable wear with good finger coverage. (The ring's face measures 1.5cm accross)  This is such a classic ring;  it would work just as well as a romantic gift for your partner, or as an addition to your jewellery collection.
