This beautiful vintage spinner charm / pendant dates from the 1950s and is crafted from 9ct yellow gold.   You can only read 'i love you' when the spinner is spun which makes this piece rather fun.

This pendant measures 2cm with its bale and is 1.3cm in diameter.  It weighs 1.05g.
