18ct Gold, Victorian Blue Enamel Star Diamond Necklace, 9g

This is an incredibly pretty Victorian necklace, dating to the late 1890s. 

The 18ct Gold curb chain features three blue enamel buttons, each with a four point star at its centre.  Inside each star is an incredible Old Mine cut diamond, bordered by four rose cut diamonds.  Each of these buttons is aproximately 1.1cm diameter.
  
The enamel necklace itself measures 17 inches long and weighs 9g.   

Under loupe inspection, there is some enamel missing on one of the buttons, but this is very difficult to notice when the necklace is worn.
