RESERVED FOR LORRAINE Vintage Sterling Silver & Guilloche Enamel Locket/Pendant (c1905)

This is an incredibly pretty Sterling Silver Locket.  Dating to the Edwardian era, it features the most  beautiful floral enamelling on both sides; the front detailing a bunch of spring daisys and the back, a simple creamy white shade with a hint of blue.  In jewellery symbolism speak, daisys represent new beginnings, growth and renewal!

The locket which can be worn to hold pictures or as a pendant has a  2.5cm diameter and weighs a healthy 11.21g.  It has its original frames (but no covers) inside. 

Under loupe inspection, there is no damage to the enamel on either side.   Inside, the locket still  has its original frames, and with the addition of some new covers,  is ready to hold a keepsake or photo of your own.  The locket shuts firmly with a click and sits beautifully on a chain.
