This very cool vintage chain has such a unique link which is similar to a 3D cage-like structure. 

Measuring 30 inches long, with a width of 6mm, this chic chain weighs 16g and has a secure lobster clasp closure mechanism.  It is marked for 9ct Gold and i would date it to the 1970s.
