This stunning puffy heart pendant/charm is crafted from solid 15ct gold and is adorned with a beautiful old mine cut diamond in a kite setting at its centre. Its reverse reveals a small locket back.

Weighing 2.26g and measuring 1.5 x 1.5cm, this stunning puffy heart is in wonderful vintage condition. It is not hallmarked but has been tested for 15ct Gold, and i would date it to the late 1920s.
