Vintage, 15ct Gold, Diamond and Emerald Gypsy/Starburst Ring, Hallmarked 15ct Gold (6.27g)

This stunning starburst gypsy set ring is crafted from 15ct gold and features a bright, grassy green emerald at its centre with a twinkling old cut diamond on either side. It is hallmarked for 15ct Gold. No date mark is present, but I would date it to the 1930s. It is not older than 1932, as 15ct gold was replaced by 14ct gold at that time.

This stunning, and substantial ring is currently a UK size Q 1/2, (USA Size 8 1/4) but it has a thick shank and could be made larger or smaller by your local jeweler.

The shank tapers towards the back. The face measures approximately 8mm and the thinnest part of the band at the very back measures 4mm. it weighs a very healthy 6.27g.

This stunning piece of history remains in wonderful vintage condition, has been cleaned and is ready to wear!
