This stunning puffy heart pendant is crafted from 9ct gold and is adorned with 7 lustrous pearls diagonally across its centre. The heart is topped with a beautifully decorated crown, giving it additional height and texture. 

Weighing 2.79g and measuring 2cm x 2.7cm, this stunning puffy heart is in wonderful antique condition, with only superficial wear/dinks that one would expect in a piece of this age. Fully hallmarked for Duggin Sapphere & Co, 9ct Gold, (circa 1900/1910).
