This is such an unusual and striking solid, 15ct gold blue enamel locket with a beautifully detailed starburst design.
Featuring a central pearl bordered by a blue enamel star, on a highly decorated and ornate ridged background.
The special detailing continues on the back of the locket, with wonderful engraving down each ridge of the locket.
The locket opens with a place to put photos on each side (currently empty) and it closes with a hinge securely.
This locket measures 4.2.3 x 1.7cm, excluding the bail and it weighs 4.52g. It is made of solid 15ct gold (not front & back)
It remains in fabulous condition with wear only associated with its age. The enamel is in near perfect condition, and there are no dents or dings in the metal.
