Rare, Art Deco, 15ct Gold, three strand chain, with fancy cube links and dog clip, 18g

This beautiful and versatile Art Deco chain is crafted from a rich and buttery 15ct gold, and features three beautiful strands of tight belcher gold chain and a dog clip. Stunning cubes of solid 15ct gold run down along the chain at varying distances, creating wonderful texture and giving the chain a unique and elegant feel. 

This chain's versatility means it can be worn as a long guard (worn in two strands and measuring 35 inches), or as a shorter length in its three strands - with a built in stack in one! The length of the shortest chain is approx 17 inches, the middle chain, 19 inches and the longest chain, 21 inches.  The whole chain weighs 18g.

It was a real pleasure to find this type of chain in its original form. Nowadays, they are often cut up into separate chains. It is not marked, but has been machine and acid tested for 15ct gold. Its style points to the start of the Art Deco era.
