Rare, 9ct Gold Essex Crystal Pendant/Locket featuring a King Charles Spaniel Dog

This simply wonderful 9ct gold Essex crystal is a rare find. Featuring the very handsome face of a King Charles Spaniel, it also opens up into a locket.

The crystal measures 2cm x 1.6cm and it weighs a very healthy 8.07g. The locket opens up and closes securely and it is ready for you to add your own pictures or momento.

Essex crystals are polished domes of rock crystal. An image is carved and then painted on to their flat base. The cabachon crystal cover gives the image an impression of being three dimentional, and even slightly magnified.
