Edwardian 9ct Gold Curb Link Bracelet with Heart Padlock, Birmingham 1905 (20.11g)

This is a very pretty, 9ct gold, vintage curb bracelet with a heart padlock and safety chain. The padlock is fully hallmarked for 9ct Gold, Birmingham and the year 1905 making it Edwardian. The padlock also has bears its makers mark; W & HS and 9ct appears on every smooth curb link. 

This wonderful bracelet has a good weight of 20.11g and it moves comfortably on the wrist. It would fit a larger wrist as it measures 8 inches long.  Its curb links are 1cm wide.

The fashion for these stunning bracelets began in Victorian times and have made it right through to the 21st Century where they remain a classic and iconic piece for women today.
