SECOND PAYMENT Reserved VINTAGE, 9ct Gold, Ruby Eyed Extendable Snake Bangle, Hallmarked 9ct Gold, Chester, 1957i

This fabulous ruby eyed snake bangle was such a vintage find! It features a coiled snake, (7 inches stationary but completely extendable) with wonderful ruby red eyes. Its face and tail touch each other as they pass, and both include gorgeous snake skin detail, which adds some lovely texture. On the top of the serpent's head is a beautifully engraved heart, which demonstrates the sentiment in which this type of bangle will have been worn. The bangle is completely extendable so it is extremely versitile, and can be worn on the wrist, middle arm, or the top of the arm.

Weighing a healthy 20.8g and measuring 6mm x 4mm this is a substantial piece of jewellery. It is fully hallmarked for 9ct Gold, Chester and the year 1957, making this bangle 66 years old.

This bangle is in excellent vintage condition. A tiny dent on the underside of the snake's chin is its only imperfection, but this cannot be noticed when worn and is only mentioned for full disclosure. There are no dents or dings anywhere else, and the rubies are a good colour and well set.
