Antique, Edwardian, 18ct Gold and Platinum, Diamond Trilogy Bezel Set Engagement Ring

This wonderful antique ring features 3 graduated diamonds, all of which sit securly in their platinum millegrain settings atop an 18ct Gold band.
The central diamond is the largest and measures 3mm in diameter. The shoulder stones are just a fraction smaller, and i would estimate the total ct size as 0.35ct. The ring's open gallery allows light through it, helping these very lively diamonds to sparkle magnificently.

This ring is stamped for 18ct, and i would date it to around 1910 as it is typical of the elegant designs of that period. It is currently a UK size L 1/2, which is a US size 6.

Three stone rings, or triology rings have long been a favourite for engagement rings as they represent the past, present and the future.
