Antique, Edwardian, 18ct Gold and Platinum, Five Stone, Old Cut Diamond, Bezel Set Ring

This wonderful antique ring features 5 graduated old cut diamonds, all of which sit securly in their platinum millegrain settings atop an 18ct Gold band.

The central old cut diamond is the largest and measures 3mm in diameter and 2mm in depth. The shoulder stones are just a fraction smaller and the outer stones measure approximately 2mm.  The ring's open gallery allows light through it, helping these very lively diamonds to sparkle magnificently.

This ring is stamped for 18ct, and i would date it to around 1910 as it is typical of the elegant designs of that period.  It is currently a UK size M 1/2, which is a US size 6 1/2, and it weighs 2.04g.
