This is such a pretty Vintage Diamond Heart Ring. The 18ct gold band has wonderful knobbly texture on its front half, and at its top hangs a puffy heart charm with a central diamond.   

This ring is currently a UK size L, (US size 6) but it could be re-sized. It weighs 2.14g.
