Victorian, 18ct Gold Forget-me-not Ring, with Turquoise and Rose Cut Diamonds

This is such a sweet ring which carries with it so much romantic sentiment. Crafted in a bright and buttery 18ct gold and featuring 5 turquoise 'petals'  beautifully bezel set, interspersed with rose cut diamonds, the result being a beautiful floral design to mimic a forget me not flower.  

The band is not marked, but has been tested for 18ct Gold.  It measures a UK N, which is a US size 7.

In the Victorian age, forget-me-nots signified remembrance and true love.   They appear on many sweetheart jewellery items, especially lockets. It was thought that the lady who wore the forget-me-not would never be forgotten by their lovers.
