This fabulous vintage garnet solitaire ring features a large, deep, blood red cabochon cut garnet (1.5cm x 1.3cm) on 9ct Gold band.   

The band is currently a large UK size U, which is a US 10 1/2 and it weighs 5.71g. This regal ring bears its makers mark: R.J, as well as a full hallmarks for 9ct Gold, London and the year 1975.
