    This is a simply stunning, and rather unique medal/pendant. Crafted in and hallmarked for 18ct Gold, it features Raphael’s cherub on its front and is bordered by 22 twinkling diamonds, a version of this medal that I have never seen before. The reverse of this pendant is plain aside from its hallmarks.

    This wonderful pendant measures 1.5cm wide x 1.5cm long, and it weighs 14.1g. It remains in excellent condition.
