18ct Antique, Victorian 18ct Gold, Ruby And Diamond Gypsy Ring, Hallmarked for 18ct Gold, Chester 1900

This is an absolutely wonderful example of an antique (Victorian) gypsy starburst ring. It has a wonderfully strong 18ct gold shank, fully hallmarked for 18ct Gold, Chester and the date 1900. The gallery features 5 sparkling gemstones, comprising alternating lively old cut diamonds and rubies, all framed in starburst settings.

The face of this gorgeous antique classic measures 7mm at its widest point and it weighs a very healthy 2.69 grams. It is a UK size L 1/2 (re-sizable) which is a US size 6.

Given that this very special ring is more than 120 years old, it remains in incredible condition.
