18 inch 9ct Gold, Vintage Chain (4.59g)

This beautiful vintage 9ct gold chain, which has a wonderful twisted style, closes with a spring ring clasp, dates from the 1980s

The 9ct gold of this fancy chain is buttery and bright and it has caught a stunning patina which sparkles brightly as it catches the light. The chain measures 18 inches and is approximately 1mm wide. It weighs 4.59g. It is substatial enough to be worn alone, but it is also the perfect chain to hold a pendant.  See pictures

The claps bears an import hallmarks, the mark for 9ct Gold, and i cant make out the date mark, but I would say no earlier than 1980.

Solid gold chains have been a fashion staple for over a century, and at this length, are highly sought after. Their versitility means they can be worn alone, in a stack with longer or shorter chains, or with a pendant.
