This very pretty necklace features a 9ct gold heart (marked to the reverse for 9ct gold) with a starburst set sapphire at its centre.
The pendant hangs from a fancy link chain with ball and torpedo links, measuring 15 inches (choker length). The heart pendant could be removed from its jump ring and replaced with a different pendant.
The necklace weighs a total of 3.60g.
